The cost of a full pass to the conference is 1500 EUR*
Early bird: discounted rate available until 18 February 2019 = 1150 EUR*
Full Rate: for all registrations after 18 February 2019, the cost of the full rate is to be corresponded to attend the conference = 1500 EUR
- The conference passes (Very Early Bird, Early Bird, Full Rate) include access to all conference sessions, a conference bag, entry to the Expo, lunches and refreshments on each day of the conference and access to group social events (welcome dinner and conference dinner) as per programme.
- Voucher for individual Madrid Bus Tour (Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour) for use on 7-11 April is also provided as part of the conference pass. One accompanying person per registrant can join the Madrid Bus Tour free of charge. Pre-registration is required for primary registrant and guest to receive the bus voucher.
One accompanying person per registrant can attend the Welcome Dinner Party and the Conference Dinner at the combined price of 250 EUR. Pre-registration is required for each evening.

Palacio Municipal de Congresos is located in the north-east part of the city and it is easy to reach from central Madrid and main city airport via Madrid public transport: Metro de Madrid, EMT Bus Line and Cercanías Urb. Palacio Municipal station is “Ferìa de Madrid”.

Palacio Municipal de Congresos de Madrid is in walking distance of both the Hotel Novotel Madrid Campo de Las Naciones and Pullman Madrid Airport & Ferìa.
Transfers will be provided from/to AC Hotel Madrid Feria, Melia Avenida America, Melia Castilla Hotel & Convention Center Madrid, in the morning and evening on each conference day.
No transfers arranged for guests staying at other hotels and properties in Madrid.
The Madrid-Barajas Airport (code IATA: MAD) is the most important and convenient airport to reach the conference centre. It is located on the northeast of Madrid, Barajas district, only 12 kilometres from Madrid city centre and 15 min from Palacio de Congresos.
There are several transport choices for visitors to Madrid, including public and private options. Madrid’s public transportation includes 13 Metro lines, 170 bus routes (EMT), 3 tram lines and 10 lines of Cercanias (local trains that link the city centre with the suburbs).

- A single ticket costs 1.50 – 3EUR depending on the journey type.
- A 10-trip ticket (valid both for buses and the Metro) costs between 11.20 – 18.30EUR.
- Tourist passes are also available for unlimited usage for 1, 2, 3, 5 or 7 days.
Metro: Madrid’s Metro service provides transport from the airport to the city centre and locations nearby.

- Trains run every day from 6:00 am to 1:30 am.
- Frequency: every 3 – 4 minutes during rush hours (7:30 am – 9.00 am), up to every 7 minutes during the rest of the day.
- At night, trains run every 15 minutes.

- Buses run every day from 6:00 am to 23:30 am
- Frequency: every 5 – 15 minutes, depending on the time and the bus line.
Night bus: Madrid has a system of night buses, known as the ‘buhos’.
- Buhos’ service starts running after 23:45 pm until 6:00 am
- Frequency: every 15 – 30 minutes.
- Many of them depart from Cibeles Square (Metro station: Banco de España) and 2 lines depart from Alonso Martínez square.
Attendees are required to wear the official conference badge at all times. This allows admittance to to jointhe sessions, the Expo and social events (welcome dinner party and conference dinner, including bus transfers).
Exhibitors may ask to scan your QR code (located on your badge) as a fast and convenient way for them to collect your contacts and follow up with you after the conference has closed. The QR code will also allow you to receive digital business cards quickly and easily from your peers.
Badge is mandatory to access the conference venue, all session rooms, the Expo Hall as well as social events. Please check-in upon arrival at the Teradata Registration & Info Desk located Ground level Palacio Municipal de Congresos to collect your badge and make sure you always keep it with you for all the duration of the event.

Your conference badge is not required for the Madrid city sightseeing tour as this is an individual programme. A separate Big Bus Tours voucher will be sent to those pre-registered for the activity. Make sure to print it and give it to the bus driver at any of the bus stops.
You must pre-register your guest for this activity as part of your conference registration in order to receive a tour voucher for you and one for your guest. The voucher is valid for one day, and grants access to hop-on hop-off Madrid City Tour buses.
Any presentations that have been authorised by speakers for further distribution will be accessible online after the conference. A special access code will be emailed to attendees after the conference has closed.
Attendees are expected to dress ‘business casual’ for all conference sessions and social events.
Changes to registrant profile, conference agenda, guest registration are possible by logging in on your online registration profile using the login provided in the registration confirmation email. It is also possible to re-send the registration confirmation from the online registration profile to your email address.

If you cancel before March 22, 2019, you will receive a full refund minus a service charge of 200 EUR; we regret no refunds can be made for cancellations received after March 22, 2019.
