The fee for the three-day conference programme is:
-€ 550,00* very early bird (before 31 December 2011)
-€ 1050,00* early bird (before 2 March, 2012)
-€ 1350,00* (full conference fee after 2 March, 2012)
*Exclusive of Irish VAT, charged at the rate of 21% (23% from January 1, 2012)

The Venue
The conference will be held at The Convention Centre Dublin. Designed by the famous Irish architect Kevin Roche, who has been awarded with the Pritzker Architecture prize in 1982, the CCD offers 22 multi-functional, flexible rooms suitable for meetings, conferences and exhibitions of all shapes and sizes. The entire venue is provided with the latest technology.
Dublin Airport is 15 km away from The Convention Centre Dublin, while the main railway stations, Heuston Station and Connolly Station, are just 4 km and 700 meters.
Hotel Accommodation
Teradata has pre-booked rooms in four selected hotels placed near The Convention Centre Dublin.
Registering for the conference automatically enables you to book the hotel of your choice.

Social Events
Delegates can bring a personal guest to both the Welcome Party and the Gala Dinner at the special price of € 150.00 + Irish VAT of 21% (23% from January 1, 2012) for both events.
Dublin City Tour
The sightseeing tour organised for Sunday 22 April is free of charge for delegates and their guests. However you must register in advance as places are limited.

The language of the conference is English.

Business attire for the conference sessions.
Business casual for the Welcome Party on 22 April.
Dark suit/cocktail dress for the Gala Dinner on 23 April.
Cancellation Policy
Conference
Cancellations received before 1 April 2012 will be entitled to a full refund less a service charge of €150.00. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 1 April 2012. Substitutions and cancellations must be notified in writing to Crozz Events (evandoorslaer@crozz.be).
Hotel Reservations
In the event you need to cancel your hotel booking please write and tell us. Cancellations received after 12 March 2012 will incur a charge corresponding to one night. Cancellations received in writing after 1 April 2012 and no-shows will be payable in full. Substitutions and cancellations must be notified in writing to Crozz Events (evandoorslaer@crozz.be).
