The fee for the three-day conference programme is:
-€ 1050,00* early bird (before 2 March, 2012)
-€ 1350,00* (full conference fee after 2 March, 2012)
*Exclusive of Irish VAT, charged at the rate of 23%.
Does Teradata arrange accommodation and travel services for the conference participants?
Teradata has selected four accommodation options.
The conference participants should arrange their own travelling service.
When will I receive a personal badge?
You will receive your own badge on the day of your arrival at Teradata’s desk positioned on the reception floor of all four hotels.
Will all presentations be available on the web after the conference?
Presentations (those for which the speakers have given their approval for online publication) will be available to attendees online after the event.
Which is the dress code?
Business attire for the conference sessions.
Business casual for the Welcome Party on 22 April.
Dark suit/cocktail dress for the Gala Dinner on 23 April.
Where will the conference take place?
The venue chosen for this year is The Convention Centre Dublin (North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland), the event dates are 22-25 April 2011.

The sightseeing tour organised for Sunday 22 April is free of charge for delegates and their guests. However you must register in advance as places are limited.
How does the cancellation policy work?
Conference
Cancellations received before 1 April 2012 will be entitled to a full refund less a service charge of €150.00. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 1 April 2012. Substitutions and cancellations must be notified in writing to Crozz Events (evandoorslaer@crozz.be).
Hotel Reservations
In the event you need to cancel your hotel booking please write and tell us. Cancellations received after 12 March 2012 will incur a charge corresponding to one night. Cancellations received in writing after 1 April 2012 and no-shows will be payable in full. Substitutions and cancellations must be notified in writing to Crozz Events (evandoorslaer@crozz.be).
