"Corporate Address"
Teradata Corporation, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Mike Koehler is President and Chief Executive Officer of Teradata Corporation (NYSE: TDC).
Koehler led the successful spin off from NCR Corporation in 2007 while also achieving 10 percent revenue growth for the full year as well as a strong balance sheet and cash position. Under his leadership, Teradata’s revenue grew from $1.2 billion in 2003 to $1.76 billion in 2008.
Koehler began his career with NCR Corporation in 1975, and held a number of leadership positions that contributed to Teradata’s rapid growth as NCR's data warehousing business. Before heading Teradata as senior vice president in 2003, he was vice president of Teradata's global field operations, where he developed a world-class sales force and professional services organization. Before the Teradata Division was formed in January 2000, Koehler was vice president of NCR’s Americas Retail Division, and vice president of NCR’s Worldwide Retail Industry Marketing group where he was responsible for driving enterprise data warehousing into the retail market, where much of Teradata’s early success originated.
Koehler holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Delaware.
