Ronald S. Swift is an internationally known consultant, author, luminary, educator and strategist in the areas of Marketing and Customer Relationship Management, Customer Experience Management, Business Performance Management, Demand & Supply Chain Management, Enterprise Business Intelligence, Integrating Customer Services, and Electronic Commerce.
For more than 35 years, Swift has assisted hundreds of clients on 6 continents to achieve their strategies and goals. He is a popular and thought-provoking speaker at many conferences.
Swift is Vice-President, Cross Industry Business Solutions for Teradata Corporation and he has held executive and managerial positions in the company (and its predecessors) since 1996. Prior to those positions, Swift was a senior partner with an International Consulting firm, following a successful 22-year career at IBM. He has been with Teradata for more than 14 years. During his professional career he has traveled to over 40 countries and most every continent at least six times.
His business and professional experiences cross numerous industries including Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Communications, Airlines, Railroads, and Government.
Mr. Swift’s contributions also include many years of teaching and guest lecturing at many colleges and universities in graduate, business, management, and professional educational programs. He has been a guest lecturer at University of Georgia (in Athens GA USA) for over 19 years. In October 2002 Mr. Swift was awarded the position of Life Senior Executive Lecturer at the University of Georgia's Terry Business School. He has also lectured at St. Gallen, Augsburg, and INSEAD Universities in EMEA.
Swift is the author of, "Accelerating Customer Relationships", and is currently working on a book about increasing business value and using information for marketing through analytics.
