Segmentation and Modeling Manager - Telefonica O2
Ivan Janovskij has been working for Telefonica O2 for the last 5+ year working in BI and predictive analytics field. Now he is holding the position of Segmentation and Modeling manager. His main responsibilities are to deliver customer insights through prediction models, segmentaitons or advanced analyses to marketing managers to ensure correct decision process. His department develops and regularly scores the whole scope of models (x-sell ,upsell, revenue churn, churn prediction) models for our mobile and fix customer base. They also deliver behavioral segmentation of all consumer customer base and regularly re-segment our customers. Final responsibility is development of BI projects ensuring that such projects and initiatives as creating convergent customer, data governance, data warehouse development follow interests of business users.
