Conference Registration
You can register on-line by clicking here. The conference fee for the three-day programme is € 1,200. Early bird registration fee (before March 12, 2010) is € 950. German VAT 19 % is not included.
The Venue
The InterContinental Berlin is an innovative business hotel and state-of-the art conference centre right in the city centre. It has struck an impressive pose on the city skyline for nearly half a century. A better location is hard to imagine – the government quarter, historic centre, shopping districts and the world-famous Potsdamer Platz and Kurfürstendamm Boulevard are just minutes away.
The distance to Tegel airport is 9 km and to the main railway station “Hauptbahnhof” only 3 km.
Hotel Accommodation
Teradata has pre-booked rooms in two selected hotels: InterContinental Berlin and Palace Hotel. The Palace Hotel is within walking distance of InterContinental Berlin Conference Centre. When registering for the conference, you will have the option to book your hotel of choice.

Social Events
Accompanying persons are invited to attend the Welcome Party and the Gala Dinner at a combined fee of € 150. German VAT 19 % is not included.
Berlin City Tour
The sightseeing tour organised on Sunday April 11 is free of charge for delegates and their guests, but pre-registration is required and seats are limited.
Language
The conference will be held in English.
Dress Code
Business attire for all conference sessions.
Business casual for welcome party on April 11.
Dark suit/cocktail for gala dinner on April 12.
Cancellation Policy
Conference
If you cancel by April 1, 2010 at the latest, you will receive a full refund less a service charge of € 150. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after April 1, 2010. Substitutions and cancellations must be notified in writing to Next Event (registrations@nextevent.be).
Hotel Reservation
For cancellations received in writing after March 12, 2010 the costs of one night will be charged to your account. For cancellations received in writing after April 1, 2010 and for no-shows the costs for the full reservation will be charged to your account. Substitutions and cancellations must be notified in writing to Next Event (registrations@nextevent.be).
Presentations
The presentations that are allowed to be shared with the delegates are now accessible via this website, in PDF format. All delegates have received a thank-you e-greeting announcing the password. Please note that the password is case sensitive! Unfortunately, some presenters do not want to share their presentation. The presentation by Stephen Brobst - “The Science of Analysis” (Wednesday April 14) - is only available in hard copy. Please send an e-mail to scarlett.vandermeulen@teradata.com
