Conference Registration

Register online or print out the PDF registration form from this website. The conference fee for the three-day programme is € 1100. Early bird registration (before May 9) is € 850. These prices are exclusive of German VAT (19%).

Hotel Accommodation

Teradata has pre-booked rooms in the Maritim Hotel Berlin, the venue for our conference. When registering for the conference, you will also have the option to book your hotel accommodation. A single room is € 151 per night, a double room is € 184 per night (breakfast and taxes are included).

Language

The conference will be held in English.

Cancellation Policy

Conference Registration

If you cancel your conference registration by May 30, 2008 at the latest, you will receive a full refund less a service charge of € 100. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after May 30, 2008.

Hotel Reservation

Cancellations for hotel reservation must be received in writing by May 30, 2008. For cancellations received after this date, the costs of one night’s accommodation will be charged to your account. No-shows will be charged for the whole of the reserved period. However substitutions may be made at any time and must be notified in writing.

Dress Code
